Booking and Payment

  • A valid credit card or payment method is required to secure your reservation.
  • Full payment or a deposit (as specified at the time of booking) is due at the time of reservation.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed at the time of booking.

Client Responsibilities  

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including preferred location, date, and time.
  • Clients must obtain permission from property owners or authorities if setting up in public or private spaces.
  • If applicable, clients shall ensure the setup location is safe and accessible.
  • Clients are responsible for securing any necessary permits or permissions required to hold an event at the specified location.

Setup and Cancellation  

  • Setup times are scheduled based on availability; clients must adhere to agreed-upon times.
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled event will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee, and refunds are at our discretion.
  • Popup Nooks reserves the right to cancel or modify services due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns, with full refund issued if applicable.

Use of the Space  

  • Popup Nooks is responsible for setup, takedown, and service delivery within the agreed time frame.
  • Clients must respect the setup environment and ensure the space is kept clean and undamaged.
  • Clients shall not alter or damage popup structures, decor, or equipment.

Liability and Insurance  

  • Popup Nooks maintains liability insurance and takes necessary precautions to ensure safety.
  • Clients agree that Popup Nooks, its employees, and contractors are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  • Clients are responsible for any damages caused by their guests or third parties during the event.

Food, Beverages, and Gifts  

  • All food, beverages, and gifts provided by Popup Nooks are prepared or sourced in compliance with health regulations.
  • Clients should inform us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requirements at the time of booking.
  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions or dietary issues resulting from our services if accurate information has been provided.

Intellectual Property  

All content, branding, and imagery associated with Popup Nooks are protected by intellectual property laws. Clients may not reproduce or use our branding without permission.

Franchising  

Terms related to franchises will be governed by separate franchise agreements. This document applies to direct services only.

Miscellaneous  

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Rutherford County, Tennessee.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts in Rutherford County.
  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time; modifications will be posted on our website.
